RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Fit Guarantee
Every Comfieze piece is designed to feel right from day one. If it doesn’t, our 30-day return & exchange policy has you covered.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or damage.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Underwear and socks.

    • Items marked as Final Sale.


2. Exchanges

  • You may exchange for a different size or color of the same product.

  • If the desired size/color is out of stock, you may choose another product and pay/receive the price difference.

  • Shipping fees:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back.

    • Comfieze will cover the shipping cost of sending out the replacement item for your first exchange only.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • If you prefer not to exchange, you may request a refund.

  • Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (except in cases of defective items or order errors).

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to an error on Comfieze’s part).

  • For international orders, refunds may take up to 21 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@comfieze.com

  • Comfieze will cover all shipping costs and promptly send you a replacement item.


5. Promotional & Bundle Orders

  • If you purchased items as part of a Bundle / Add More Save More promotion and return only part of the order, your refund will be adjusted based on the discount tier you qualify for after the return.

  • If you return the entire order:

    • You will receive a refund for the full product value.

    • Original shipping fees will not be refunded (if your order did not qualify for free shipping).

    • Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
