SHIPPING POLICY

At Comfieze, we’re committed to delivering your orders safely and reliably. This page outlines our shipping process, estimated delivery times, rates, and what to expect during peak seasons.

We aim to make every step of your delivery — from our workshop to your doorstep — smooth, timely, and worry-free.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Rates

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • Cost: $16 for orders under $100 (after discounts, before taxes)

  • Free Shipping on orders $100+

Other Destinations:

  • Delivery times and rates will be displayed at checkout if available.

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), deliveries may experience 2–3 additional business days due to courier demand.


3. Delivery Policy & Address Accuracy

  • We partner with trusted logistics providers for reliable international delivery.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

  • Comfieze is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or courier disruptions beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using that number.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to delivery failure:

  • We can resend the order (re-shipping fees may apply), or

  • We can refund the order, excluding the original shipping fee.
