Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. All orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Please note that underwear, socks, and Final Sale items are not eligible.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If you’re returning or exchanging because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, customers cover the cost of shipping items back.

If the product is defective or we made a mistake, Comfieze covers all shipping costs.
Q: When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For international orders, it may take up to 21 business days depending on your bank.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Comfieze.
Q: I bought a Bundle / Add More Save More deal. Can I return part of it?
Yes, but your refund will be adjusted based on the discount tier you still qualify for. For example, if you bought 3 tees for $75 and return one, your refund will be recalculated based on the 2 remaining tees at their standard price.
